Refund & Return Policy

At Febrido, we take great care in delivering high-quality detergent pods. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we are here to help.


Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

 

  • We only accept return/replacement requests for:

     

    • Damaged pods (broken, leaking, or crushed)

    • Incorrect product delivered

    • Manufacturing defect

     

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We require clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.

 


Replacement Process

 

  • Once we verify the damage/defect, we will ship a replacement within 7 working days at no extra cost.

 


Refund Process

 

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.

  • Refund initiation will take 12 working days after approval.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

 


Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
