At Febrido, we take great care in delivering high-quality detergent pods. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We only accept return/replacement requests for:

Damaged pods (broken, leaking, or crushed)

Incorrect product delivered

Manufacturing defect

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

We require clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
Replacement Process

Once we verify the damage/defect, we will ship a replacement within 7 working days at no extra cost.
Refund Process

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.

Refund initiation will take 12 working days after approval.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
